\- Review purchase orders and reconcile them with approved purchase requisitions, agreed-upon prices, and payment terms. • Monitor supplier payment schedules, advance payments, and outstanding balances. • Calculate and allocate landed costs for imported materials, including freight, customs duties, and clearance charges. • Coordinate with the procurement, warehouse, and quality departments regarding received quantities and return processes. • Apply withholding tax to supplier payments and prepare related reports. • Issue and track electronic invoices in compliance with the Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) requirements. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in commerce – Accounting Department. - 1–2 years of experience in purchasing accounting or Accounts Payable, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing company.
