Manage the day to day operations of the recruitment team, Working with Line Managers on fulfilling recruitment campaigns Handle of the recruitment process including international sourcing, interviewing and offer management Prepare shortlist for a variety of roles at all levels Interact with key stakeholders, balancing priorities for urgent roles and time pressured project campaigns Manage relationships with recruitment agencies Manage documentation for visa applications, references and mobility Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures. Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in the company. Requirements Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in related field. 7 years at least of professional experience in similar position. Knowledge of: Principles and procedures for personnel recruitment& selection Communication techniques and methods English language Fluency Selection methodologies and employee filtration techniques Selection tests Local and international recruitment resources
