new systems, and general site activities.\n\nCreating standard operating procedures for maintenance and repairs.\n\nEnforce site safety regulations, company policies, and health/safety standards (such as OSHA guidelines or permit-to-work systems).\n\nRequirements\nA bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited university or college.\n\n3-5 years of experience as a site engineer, civil engineer or an equivalent role.\n\nDemonstrated proficiency in managing and supervising construction projects.\n\nExperience with Microsoft Office Suite, GIS, AutoCAD and other software.\n\nAbility to manage multiple construction projects at various stages of their lifecycle.\n\nStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations.\n\nExcellent project management and organizational skills.\n\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with effective communication.\n\nAbility to work effectively in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.\n\nKnowledge of sustainable construction practices.\n\nAttention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality
