The ideal candidate will ensure consistently high service standards, lead and develop the team, maintain an excellent customer experience, and ensure smooth coordination across all operational activities.\nThe role requires a hands-on manager with strong organizational skills, professional communication, and the ability to maintain service quality while supporting the spa’s continued growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee daily spa operations and ensure the smooth delivery of all services.\n\nMaintain consistently high standards of service quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and professionalism across all facilities.\n\nSupervise, guide, and develop therapists, receptionists, and other team members, ensuring adherence to established procedures and service standards.\n\nMonitor customer satisfaction, handle feedback and complaints professionally, and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.\n\nCoordinate appointments, staff schedules, room availability, and service delivery to ensure efficient daily operations.\n\nEnsure that therapists follow the appropriate service protocols and that treatments are delivered consistently and professionally.\n\nBuild a positive team culture, improve staff performance, and support ongoing training and development.\n\nCoordinate with external service providers, maintenance teams, suppliers, and relevant government authorities as required for the smooth operation of the spa.\n\nMaintain professional relationships and follow up on operational matters, documentation, appointments, and required procedures with the relevant external parties.\n\nEnsure that operational practices and service delivery remain aligned with applicable regulations, hygiene standards, and workplace requirements.\n\nMonitor service performance and customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement practical solutions.\n\nSupport customer retention, service recommendations, packages, and promotional initiatives in coordination with the management team.\n\nPrepare regular operational updates covering service quality, team performance, customer feedback, and any matters requiring management attention.\n\nRequirements\n5–10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in spa, wellness, hospitality, or beauty center operations.\n\nPrevious experience in a spa management or senior supervisory role.\n\nStrong leadership skills and the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team.\n\nExcellent understanding of customer experience, service quality, hygiene, and operational standards.\n\nStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n\nProfessional ability to communicate and coordinate with external parties and government authorities when required.\n\nAbility to manage daily operations independently while keeping senior management informed of important matters.\n\nA customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement.\n\nGood command of English;
