errors.\nCoordinate reporting related to OVCs and AP activities.\n3.Verification of Branch Transactions:Verify petty cash, mobile banking transactions, loan disbursements, and insurance operations.\nEnsure timely data entry, authorization, and correction of errors.\nEnsure compliance with insurance limits.\n4.Business Development:Organize business development campaigns, including radio appearances and community programs.\nConduct at least one community sensitization campaign every month.\nBuild positive relationships with customers, local authorities, and nearby organizations.\n5.Budget and Expense Management:Control branch expenses and manage the branch budget.\nEnsure spending remains within approved budget limits.\n6.Compliance and Internal Controls:Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.\nMaintain a low-risk rating through effective internal controls.\nImplement more than 66% of previous audit recommendations that are within the branch's control.\nPrevent recurring audit findings.\nPerform other duties assigned by management.\nDemonstrate creativity, initiative, and commitment to process improvement.\nPerformance Indicators\nGrowth in customer numbers, deposits, and loan portfolio volumes.\nTimely and accurate submission of reports.\nGood audit ratings and effective transaction verification.\nIncreased customer acquisition and positive relationships with local stakeholders.\nNo overspending against the approved branch budget.\nLow compliance risk and no repeated audit
