# Construction Engineer

PURPOSE OF POSITION The CIVIL/WASH Engineer is responsible for providing technical leadership, engineering design, and implementation oversight for water supply, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) infrastructure projects. The position ensures that WASH infrastructure and services are designed, constructed, and operated according to approved technical standards, within budget, and on schedule. The incumbent works closely with Refugee Project staff, government stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and partners to deliver sustainable WASH interventions that improve access to safe water, sanitation, and hygiene services for vulnerable communities. The position holder is expected to demonstrate commitment to World Vision's Christian values and maintain a quality of spiritual life that is an example to others.
