field level.\nEnsure compliance with the approved RISE project proposal, WV Ethiopia policies, donor requirements, and applicable government regulations.\nMonitor implementation progress against agreed targets, timelines, commitments, and quality standards.\nCoordinate relevant stakeholders to support timely and high-quality project delivery.\nIdentify implementation gaps and initiate prompt corrective actions.\nEnd Result 2 (25% of Time)\nEffective monitoring and supervision practiced, with planned activities implemented on time and project resources used efficiently.\nKey Activities\nEnsure proper physical and financial implementation of project activities in line with approved plans and budgets.\nMonitor resource utilization to promote efficiency, effectiveness, accountability, and value for money.\nConduct regular field monitoring and supportive supervision visits.\nTrack expenditures and implementation progress against approved plans and targets.\nEnsure key activities and milestones are completed within the agreed timeframe.\nEnd Result 3 (15% of Time)\nProject staff perform in accordance with the RISE project proposal, approved plans, and required implementation standards.\nKey Activities\nOversee and supervise field-level Project Officers responsible for sector activities.\nProvide technical guidance, coaching, mentoring, and operational support to project staff.\nMonitor staff performance and adherence to project plans, organizational policies, and quality standards.\nIdentify and address implementation challenges and operational concerns promptly.\nTake immediate and appropriate action to improve project delivery and staff performance.\nEnd Result 4 (10% of Time)\nStrong networking, collaboration, and active participation maintained with government structures and other stakeholders.\nKey Activities\nEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with field coordination structures, including ABC, Woreda, and Zonal government offices and institutions.\nCoordinate and collaborate with non-governmental organizations, community structures, and other actors operating in the project area.\nRepresent the project in relevant coordination forums, meetings, and stakeholder engagements.\nPromote information sharing, partnership, and joint action in support of project objectives.\nStrengthen government, partner, and community participation in project implementation.\nEnd Result 5 (10% of Time)\nProject performance transparently reported, ensuring accountability to the donor, management, government, and other stakeholders.\nKey Activities\nCompile field-level financial and narrative reports in accordance with established reporting requirements.\nReview reports for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with donor and organizational standards.\nSubmit timely and high-quality reports to the Project Manager.\nDocument project achievements, challenges, lessons learned, and good practices.\nMaintain effective reporting and documentation systems that support accountability.\nManagement and relevant government offices receive regular, accurate, and timely project plans and progress reports.\nKey Activities\nPrepare and submit annual, quarterly, monthly, and ad hoc operational plans as required.\nCompile and submit regular progress reports to the respective Project Manager and relevant government offices.\nMonitor implementation against approved operational plans and agreed targets.\nProvide clear updates on achievements, challenges, corrective actions, and mitigation measures.\nEnsure all plans and reports are submitted within the required timelines and quality standards.\nWork Location: Babile and Midhega Tola (East Hararghe Zone)\nNumber positions required: 2 (Two)\nRequirements\nRequired Education, training, license, registration, and certification:\nBA/BSc Degree in Agriculture, agricultural economics, Economics, Development studies, WASH related or other related fields\nRequired Professional Experience:\nExperience: 2-5yrs/2yrs in coordinator/ management level.\nProgram management skills, Participatory M&E, community participation, Participatory Learning & Action\nExperience in USAID/BHA and EHF funded projects is an advantage\nNGO experience is preferred.\nPreferred Knowledge and Qualifications \nProgram management skills,
