$500M\nOversee site, CSA, MEP, controls, and commissioning scopes\nEnsure alignment between design intent and field execution\nManage critical systems including UPS, switchgear, chillers, CRAH and CRAC units, and distribution infrastructure\nIdentify and resolve coordination and constructability challenges proactively\nLead commissioning efforts to ensure system performance and reliability\nEnforce safety, quality, and compliance standards including NFPA, NEC, and OSHA\nImplement lean construction practices to improve efficiency\nLead and mentor project teams\nWhat You Bring\n12 to 20+ years of construction project management experience\nStrong experience with data center or mission critical projects\nDeep understanding of MEP systems and electrical distribution\nProven ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary teams\nTrack record of delivering large-scale projects on time and on budget\nExperience with commissioning, QA/QC, and construction best practices\nProficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, or MS Project\nPreferred Background\nData center experience strongly preferred\nSemiconductor, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or
