Technical Recruiter

The recruiter will act as a team player within the Global Resource Management team. Responsible for managing the full contract recruitment life cycle primarily for India and on an as-needed basis for EMEA clients. Build and maintain relationships with resource managers, working closely with them to expand and sustain regional business. Follow the set process and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and conducts recruiting efforts to help with hiring activities across various verticals for contract and permanent jobs.
• Posts jobs online, screens, organizes, and tracks all applications and resumes within the company's applicant tracking tool.
• Conducts prescreening and helps coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
• Coordinates with resource management members on recruiting efforts and progress.
• Serves as strategic advisor to the hiring team and supervisors regarding all things involved within the recruiting process.
• Expertise in EU/UK work permits such as inside/outside IR and visas, including PR, Tier 1-5 student visas, etc.
• Effectively communicates with regional leaders, hiring managers, and other internal staff to determine and meet hiring needs.
• Meet objectives and requirements as assigned throughout the year.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in hiring for various contract roles across India and EMEA.
• 5 years of experience supporting contract hiring in direct client staffing for India.
• Expert sourcing skills using LinkedIn and other web sources, including job portals, and good knowledge of ATS (Bullhorn).
• Must be able to meet aggressive SLAs and handle multiple high-priority jobs at any given time.
• Must demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and have experience interacting with all levels of leadership.
