He is supporting the specific interventions on site, the sourcing of technical equipment and developing technical documents and specifications. \n\n Duties & Responsibilities:\n\n Mission 1 : Technical support\nParticipate to the elaboration of the Standards, Procedures and Policies of the technical department\nParticipate to the critical intervention assigned by the manager\nSupport the technicians and the other team members for site intervention or visits\nParticipate to the deployment of the Kiosk 2.0\nSupport the implementation of R&D projects\nResponsible of the document compilation and translation (SOP, procedure, specification, etc.)\nMission 2 : Procurement and sourcing\nParticipate and support the procurement department by sourcing potential suppliers\nUpdate the Technical equipment’s catalogue according to the need of the technical department\nVisit potential suppliers\nEvaluate the suppliers and check the quality of the equipment (at the delivery and sourcing)\nMission 3 : Training/Capacity buildings\nSupport the Technician Supervisor to develop training contents\nParticipate to the trainings\nParticipate to the Technical Committee\nMission 4 : Other tasks\nSupport some research activities follow the assignation from the Technical and Water Quality Manager.\nOther tasks assigned by the WQ and Technical Manager\n\n Expected Profile of Candidates \n\n Languages:\n\n English - Good\nKhmer - Fluent\n\n Qualifications:\n\n Bachelor's Degree in Electricity, water and environmental engineering, water treatment system/plumbing system, or related field\n\n Work History:\n\n 3 years of experience as technician o Has experience in both electrical and water sector is preferable for 3 to 5 years\n\n Skills & Knowledge:\n\n General & Technical Skills \n\n Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both in Khmer and English)\nExcellent organizational skills\nBe able to do multi tasks\nKnowledge in technical skills, electricity or plumbing drawing is a plus\n\n Soft Skills \n\n Rigorous and quality-oriented\nAble to travel often to remote area (at least 50% minimum)\nCautious and hard-working\n\n Position Summary The technical supporter will assist the implementation of the after service by directly assisting the WQ and Technical Manager.
