You will design and govern AWS architecture, build reusable infrastructure automation and deployment pipelines, and establish observability, release, and operational standards. You will lead customer platform migrations, maintain compliance-ready documentation, and recruit and technically guide an SRE.\n\nResponsibilitiesOwn AWS architecture for customer environments, ensuring scalability, security, cost efficiency, and maintainability\nDesign and govern VPC, EKS, Aurora/RDS, IAM, and AWS networking patterns\nLead infrastructure architecture reviews and proactively address infrastructure risks\nManage AWS costs through rightsizing, reserved-instance strategy, and architecture optimization\nDesign, build, test, and maintain reusable Terraform and Terragrunt modules\nBuild and own CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployment\nAutomate deployment, validation, rollback, and manual operational processes\nDefine and enforce DevOps standards for branching, pipelines, deployment gates, and releases\nDesign and own the observability stack, monitoring templates, alerting, dashboards, and reporting\nDefine SLOs and SLAs and make breaches actionable in real time\nOwn application release deployments, infrastructure upgrades, and configuration changes\nBuild standardized, reversible deployment runbooks and validation gates\nLead technical execution of customer migrations to the current platform\nDesign migration infrastructure, data-migration tooling, validation frameworks, and cutover runbooks\nRecruit, onboard, and technically lead an SRE\nSet engineering standards, conduct code reviews, and build operational independence across the team\nMaintain architecture diagrams, runbooks, deployment guides, and operational documentation\nContribute infrastructure evidence and records for ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance\n\nRequirementsProduction-depth AWS expertise including EKS, Aurora/RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, Route 53, VPN, PrivateLink, and Transit Gateway\nSenior-level production experience with Terraform and Terragrunt\nExperience designing and owning CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, or equivalent\nDeep Kubernetes and EKS operations experience in production multi-tenant environments\nStrong Python, Bash, or equivalent scripting and automation
