This role is M-F, hours may vary but typically 8-5 day shift.\nKey Responsibilities\n Collaborate with the Distribution Manager & Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize the distribution process for all cannabis products.\n Process and manage cannabis product orders, ensuring accurate fulfillment and invoicing.\n Coordinate timely delivery of orders while minimizing associated storage costs.\n Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels effectively.\nLiaise with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth distribution operations.\n Oversee logistics service providers, implement technology solutions, and manage distribution routes and delivery drivers.\n Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve the efficiency of the distribution network.\n Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations governing the cannabis industry. \nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\n You’ve worked 2+ years in a high pace environment that required a high attention to detail, ideally in cannabis, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.\n You have experience using inventory management systems and order processing software.\n You have strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.\n You have strong understanding of logistics service provider management, delivery driver management, and compliance with state and federal
