This role supports Sales by building positive customer relationships, providing product education, maintaining strong communication regarding account needs and market feedback, and ensuring a positive customer experience.\nLogistics Support also assists with fulfillment, inventory, and other distribution activities as needed. Success in this role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and flexibility to work varied schedules and across multiple facility locations based on business needs.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nThe duties and responsibilities below outline the expected skills, abilities, and experience required to perform this role successfully. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.\nProduct Delivery & Payment Collection \nSafely and accurately transport customer orders throughout the assigned territory, following established routes and delivery instructions. \nConduct vehicle inspections before loading products and departing for deliveries. \nEnsure the safe and secure loading, transportation, and unloading of products in accordance with company procedures. \nReview deliveries with customers to confirm order accuracy and address any immediate concerns. \nAccurately process and manage monetary transactions and payment collection in accordance with company procedures. \nFollow applicable traffic laws, road safety requirements, state regulations, and internal policies while performing delivery responsibilities. \nDocument relevant delivery information and customer interactions to support accurate records and strong customer relationships. \nCustomer Relationships & Brand Representation\nRepresent WYLD professionally while visiting customer accounts, attending industry events, and participating in partnerships and promotional activities. \nBuild positive customer relationships through merchandising, account engagement, and consistent service. \nEducate customers, consumers, and budtenders on WYLD products, pricing, product features, and differentiators. \nLead budtender education sessions at dispensaries to strengthen product knowledge and brand awareness. \nMaintain knowledge of WYLD's company background, product portfolio, and current offerings. \nSales Support & Market Intelligence\nSupport Sales Account Managers and other Sales team members by communicating customer needs, account updates, and relevant field observations. \nGather and share marketplace feedback, competitive insights, and industry trends through appropriate communication channels. \nMaintain ongoing communication with the Sales Support Supervisor regarding customer feedback, account-related matters, and field activities. \nRecord daily activities, customer feedback, and relevant account information in the company CRM. \nFulfillment & Inventory Support\nAssist with fulfillment and inventory activities as needed, including picking and packing orders, labeling finished goods, staging outgoing orders, and moving bulk products. \nSupport distribution operations to help maintain accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment. \nFollow established procedures for handling, documenting, and moving products. \nAdministrative Responsibilities\nComplete required administrative tasks, including daily CRM reporting, weekly mileage and expense reports, vehicle logs, promotional merchandise checkout records, and other internal documentation. \nUnderstand and follow applicable state regulations, company policies, and internal procedures to ensure compliant field execution. \nCommunicate relevant operational, customer, and compliance concerns to the appropriate team members. \nWork at and travel between multiple company facilities as required by scheduled shifts, job responsibilities, and business needs. \nPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned based on business needs. \n\nQualifications\nThe qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education, experience, and abilities required to perform this role successfully. \n\nEducation & Experience\nAt least 1 year of delivery driver experience preferred. \nExperience in a Lead, Keyholder, Supervisor or similar related role preferred. \nMust have proven experience working with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail; in a team environment or independently. \nAbility & Technical Skills\nStrong communication skills with the ability to effectively lead peers and communicate across teams. \nAbility to work with a strong sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. \nAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. \nBasic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. \nAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. \nProficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and work management systems such as Slack, Jira, or similar platforms; data analysis, Google Apps, and Salesforce CRM are a plus \nAbility to travel between Company buildings or work sites, as needed. \nReliable personal vehicle to utilize for marketing events. Mileage reimbursement is covered at federal rates. \nCertifications & Compliance\nMust be at least 21 years of age, as required by applicable state regulations. \nMust successfully complete a pre-employment background check, where permitted by law. \nMust obtain and maintain all licenses, permits, certifications, or registrations required by applicable federal, state, provincial, or local laws and regulations. \nServSafe Certification or Food Handler's Card is preferred, where applicable. \nWilling to submit to a background check, including a motor vehicle report \nValid driver’s license required. \nTravel Requirements: Driving in state territory utilizing company or personal vehicle as needed.
