This role serves as a key operational partner to Sales, Distribution, Inventory, and Accounting, maintaining data integrity and enabling seamless order execution.\nThis position requires strong attention to detail, system proficiency, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with evolving processes and tools.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following\nOrder Lifecycle Management\nOwn execution of the full sales order lifecycle, including entry, edits, fulfillment coordination, invoicing, and credit memo processing \nManage order modifications including additions, rejections, returns, and refusals in accordance with state-specific compliance requirements \nEnsure all order activity is accurate, timely, and compliant with state and company standards \nData Integrity & Quality Control\nMaintain accurate, complete, and reliable data across ERP, CRM, and external business systems \nIdentify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies in partnership with cross-functional teams \nCross-Functional Operations\nPartner with Sales, Distribution, Inventory, and Accounting to ensure seamless order flow and issue resolution \nServe as a central point of coordination to support execution across systems and teams \nCustomer Support\nProvide timely, high-quality support related to order status, reporting, and documentation \nDeliver clear communication and follow-through to internal stakeholders and external stakeholders \n Systems, Reporting & Process Enablement\nOperate as a power user of order management systems (ERP, CRM, and related tools) \nSupport process improvements, system transitions, and scalability initiatives \nAssist with reporting and dashboard maintenance and documentation of SOPs aligned to order workflows \nProvide project support for Sales Operations initiatives \nSupport ad hoc reporting and operational needs as required\nTake on additional responsibilities aligned with business priorities\nQualifications\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
