Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.\nAbout the Position:\nWynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a skilled Assistant Manager - Learning & Development\nto join our Learning & Development team.\nThe primaryduties and responsibilities of this role are:\nOversee the full onboarding journey, including orientation and probation, ensuring departmental onboarding programs are in place and aligned with company standards.\nSupport the Director in the design, development, and implementation of learning initiatives across departments.\nApply project management skills to coordinate multiple training programs with competing deadlines.\nCo-manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including course creation, audience management, and multimedia content development.\nTrack and coordinate attendance for mandatory training sessions and property-wide learning events.\nCollaborate with Wynn Resorts training partners to share best practices and leverage shared resources.\nMentor junior L&D team members and support their professional development.\nConduct regular reviews of training effectiveness and recommend improvements.\nMaintain project timelines, manage resources, and work independently with minimal supervision.\nReport to the L&D Manager and perform additional responsibilities as assigned.\nAbout You:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred\nMinimum 2 years of experience in training/facilitation and hotel or casino operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience\nExperience in frontline hospitality operations with a strong understanding of luxury service standards\nProven ability to design and deliver engaging training through instructor-led sessions, on-the-job learning, and digital platforms\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage all levels of the organization\nStrong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities under pressure\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with design software is a plus\nFamiliarity with Learning Management Systems and eLearning development tools preferred\nFlexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays as needed\nProfessional appearance and adherence to company standards\nAboutWynn Al Marjan Island’s Benefits:\nWe offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
