Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.\nAbout the Position:\nWynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a skilled Executive - Learning & Development to join our Learning & Development team.\nThe primaryduties and responsibilities of this role are:\nFacilitate new joiner orientation programs to ensure a consistent, welcoming, engaging and brand-led onboarding experience. \nSupport the delivery of other learning initiatives and training programs as assigned, including refresher training and brand culture or service standards programs.\nAssist in the preparation, updating and organization of training materials, presentations, workbooks, handouts and digital resources.\nEnsure all training documentation is aligned with brand standards and approved learning frameworks. \nCoordinate logistics for learning programs, including scheduling training sessions, booking training rooms, preparing equipment, and managing attendance. \nProvide day-to-day support to the Learning and Development team across ongoing projects and learning initiatives. \nMaintain accurate learning records, attendance logs, completion reports and any other administrative reports. \nSupport the evaluation of training effectiveness through feedback, observations and data analysis. \nSupport vendor and stakeholder coordination, including training confirmations, documentation and any other requirements. \nStay informed about trends and best practices in learning and development\nUphold Wynn Al Marjan Island’s standards of professionalism, grooming, confidentiality, and service excellence at all times.\nReport to the assigned Assistant Manager or Manager - Learning and Development and perform any additional responsibilities as required.\nAbout You:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business or Hospitality preferred.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in HR, training, hospitality operations, or a related administrative or facilitation role preferred. \nExperience in a luxury hospitality or service-driven environment strongly preferred.\nConfident and engaging facilitator with strong presentation skills.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with LMS platforms is a plus \nAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\nFlexible working schedule, including availability to work on weekends and holidays as needed \nDemonstrates professional grooming & appearance and adheres to company and regulatory standards.\nAboutWynn Al Marjan Island’s Benefits:\nWe offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
