This role oversees the installation, maintenance, performance, and advancement of all surveillance systems and related technologies that support the safety, security, regulatory compliance, and operational effectiveness of the property. The Surveillance Technical Manager leads a team of technicians, manages technology projects, coordinates with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and ensures the surveillance infrastructure operates at the highest level of reliability and efficiency.\nJob Responsibilities\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nLead, develop, and supervise the Surveillance Technical team, including hiring, performance management, coaching, scheduling, training, and professional development.\nOversee the installation, maintenance, repair, testing, and upgrade of all surveillance technology systems and equipment, including cameras, monitors, digital recording systems, encoders, video management platforms, servers, storage arrays, network switches, alarms, workstations, wiring infrastructure, technical centers, and remote surveillance locations.\nEnsure the continuous operation and reliability of surveillance systems supporting gaming, hospitality, security, and regulatory operations throughout Wynn Las Vegas and affiliated locations.\nDevelop and implement preventive maintenance programs designed to maximize system performance, minimize downtime, and extend equipment life cycles.\nManage surveillance technology projects from planning through execution, including system expansions, upgrades, renovations, and implementation of emerging technologies.\nEstablish and maintain inventory controls for surveillance equipment, replacement parts, tools, and technical supplies while overseeing purchasing activities and vendor relationships.\nAssign, monitor, and prioritize daily workloads and technical assignments for Surveillance Technicians to ensure service levels and operational objectives are achieved.\nPartner with Surveillance leadership, Information Technology, Security, Facilities, Compliance, and Gaming Operations to support operational and regulatory requirements.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements that improve surveillance capabilities, operational efficiencies, system security, and compliance standards.\nMaintain system documentation, technical records, maintenance logs, project plans, and operational procedures.\nEnsure all surveillance systems comply with applicable gaming regulations, company policies, technical standards, and manufacturer requirements.\nProvide technical expertise and escalation support for complex troubleshooting involving surveillance hardware, software, network infrastructure, and digital recording systems.\nParticipate in emergency response efforts and provide after-hours support as required to maintain critical surveillance operations.\nPerform Surveillance Technician duties when operational needs require additional technical support.\nPromote a culture of accountability, professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement while supporting Wynn Las Vegas' commitment to operational excellence.\n Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience within a Casino Surveillance Technical environment required.\nThree (3) or more years of experience in computer networking, surveillance technology, electronic systems maintenance, low-voltage systems, or related technical disciplines preferred.\nExtensive experience with CCTV installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and digital video management systems required.\nStrong knowledge of surveillance infrastructure, including IP and analog camera systems, network switches, servers, storage arrays, alarms, video recording systems, and workstation environments.\nDemonstrated experience troubleshooting network connectivity, surveillance hardware, servers, storage systems, operating systems, and related technologies.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and network-based surveillance environments.\nExperience programming and configuring analog and digital CCTV systems.\nProficiency in the use of test equipment, meters, soldering equipment, hand tools, power tools, man lifts, and communication devices.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and equipment specifications.\nStrong leadership, organizational, project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively with team members, leadership, regulatory agencies, contractors, and external vendors.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate complex projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.\nMust maintain strict confidentiality regarding surveillance operations, investigative activities, and sensitive company information.\nMust be available to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments as business demands require.\nLicensing and Certifications\nMust possess and maintain a valid Nevada Gaming Control Board Gaming Registration prior to assuming the position.\nMust possess and maintain a valid Nevada Driver's License.\nMust obtain and maintain all required OSHA Safety Certifications, Scissor Lift Certifications, Boom Lift Certifications, and applicable Digital CCTV System Certifications as required by the department.\nAdditional manufacturer certifications related to surveillance technology, networking, or video management systems are
