This role will report directly to the SVP of Sales and be responsible for driving training results in each of the Wyyerd Fiber markets. This role will require overnight travel for approximately 25%-35% of the time. The successful candidate will onboard and train new hires, run live practice sessions, ride along in the field, field shadowing and coach teams on product value, positioning, competitive comparisons and objection handling to drive new customer growth. If you are ready to join an organization driven with passion, discipline, continuous development energy and create a powerful career path for yourself… Wyyerd wants to talk to you!\nKey Responsibilities\nOnboarding & Training: Lead interactive bootcamps, classroom Practice sessions, and virtual courses for both new sales recruits and existing Wyyerd representatives\nCollaborate: Work closely with Team Leads, Supervisors, Managers, and Directors to establish a unified cohesive coaching and development path for new hires and on-going development for existing sales team members.\nField Coaching: Shadow reps during live direct sales pitches, offering instant “just in time coaching”, and actionable feedback supporting Team Lead and Sales Manager efforts \nSkill Building: Teach advanced tactics for active listening, relationship building, and overcoming consumer objections.\nCurriculum Design: Create handbooks, slide decks, video tutorials, and role-play / practice guides tailored to face-to-face selling.\nPerformance Tracking: Using existing tools and help evolve Wyyerd’s tool box for measuring trainee and existing sales rep progress against sales, conversion, and retention targets and run skills-gap analyses to spot coaching opportunities.\nEssential Skills & Qualifications\nProven track record of success in direct sales, field sales, or face-to-face selling.\nStrong public speaking, interpersonal, and motivational abilities.\nDeep knowledge of adult learning principles and interactive coaching techniques.Communicate Goal Setting plans and strategies to accomplish\nPossess the ability to Demonstrate Skills Development tactics\nPossess the skills to deliver and coach Performance Feedback\nAbility to train and develop skills to conduct a World Class Sales Meeting\n\nHigh sense of urgency, adaptability, and resilience to travel or work field time hours.\nHigh school diploma or GED required;
