The ideal candidate will be a results-driven individual who can generate new leads with targeted businesses.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and manage new SMB prospects and clients in the South Bay San Diego, CA area.\n\nGenerate new leads with targeted businesses through designated prospecting activities.\n\nSchedule and meet with SMB owners/IT managers.\n\nPromote Wyyerd Fiber's positive reputation and brand image in the marketplace.\n\nWhile not mandatory, it will help to have a good understanding of telecommunication connectivity, phone VOIP services, data-use cases, telecom billing, and the competitive landscape.\n\nCultivate relationships with owners, IT managers, community leaders and business associations in the area.\n\nParticipate in community events and activities as a company representative.\n\nActively coordinate with the SMB & Executive sales team to perform sales tasks.\n\nMeet and exceed sales targets and goals.\n\nExperience/Qualifications\n1-2 years of direct sales experience in SMB sales or client management.\n\nProven sales experience and success.\n\nHighly organized and communicative with colleagues and leaders.\n\nAbility to adapt to a changing environment.\n\nValid Drivers License Required\n\nAbility to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively\n\nValid Drivers License Required\n\nTOTAL REWARDS\nSalary: $50,000\nNo cap on commissions;
