\n本科阶段须为法学专业，本硕均毕业于国内外知名院校者优先; \n已通过国家统一法律职业资格考试，持有律师执业证。\n2. 工作经验\n具有 5 年及以上知名律师事务所（红圈所、精品所或同等水平律所）专职执业经验; \n近 5 年工作经历以非诉讼业务为主，具备独立负责项目模块或独立对接客户的成熟经验; \n有稳定的项目交付记录，能独立完成法律文件的起草、审阅与谈判闭环。\n3. 业务方向\n非诉讼律师背景，熟悉《公司法》《证券法》及相关监管规则，了解境内外上市与并购重组的监管逻辑;
