经验要求\n（1）统招本科及以上学历，211/985优先\n（2）5年以上ERP产品经理经验，至少3年医疗/康养行业供应链系统建设经验。\n（3）主导过药品/GSP合规管理、医用耗材（高值/低值）、食材库存管理等模块的完整落地。\n（4）有连锁化企业（如连锁医院、养老机构、药店）ERP实施经验，熟悉多门店统一采购、调拨、结算流程。\n2. 专业技能\n（1）熟悉医疗行业政策法规（如药品经营质量管理规范、医保控费要求等），能将其转化为系统功能设计。\n（2）了解主流ERP架构（如SAP、Oracle、用友NC等），具备与第三方系统（如HIS、财务系统）对接经验。\n3.
