This role assists with SAP Production Planning (PP) and Plant Maintenance (PM) configuration, equipment master data, requirements documentation, testing, and end user support.This role supports compliance of the configured system with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Department of Energy (DOE), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Nuclear Quality Assurance Level 1 (NQA-1), and related regulatory frameworks.\nJob Profile Tasks/Responsibilities:\n\nSAP Configuration Support\nSupport configuration of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules for equipment, production, and maintenance business processes, under the direction of the ERP Lead\nCreate and maintain equipment master data, functional locations, work centers, bills of material, and routings\nDocument configuration details, functional specifications, and process flows\nBusiness Analysis and Requirements Support\nGather and document business requirements from Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality stakeholders\nAssist with analysis of requirements against standard SAP capabilities and identification of gaps\nSupport translation of business requirements into SAP configuration for review by the ERP Lead\nTesting and User Support\nDevelop and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance test scripts for SAP configuration changes\nSupport cutover and post deployment stabilization activities for the areas in scope\nProvide functional support and assist with training for end users of SAP equipment, production, and plant maintenance capabilities\nRegulatory Compliance\nSupport compliance of SAP configuration and documentation with NRC, DOE, ITAR, NQA-1, 10 CFR 70, and related regulatory domains\nMaintain accurate configuration documentation and change records to support audit readiness\nMaintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication.\nPerform other duties as assigned by manager.\nJob Profile Minimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field\nTypically, three years of experience, with two or more years of experience configuring or supporting SAP, or in ERP business analysis\nExperience with SAP Production Planning (PP) or Plant Maintenance (PM) modules, including equipment master data, preferred\nExperience supporting the gathering and documentation of business requirements\nExperience developing and executing test scripts for SAP configuration changes\nExperience in nuclear, aerospace, defense, energy, or similarly regulated industries preferred\nLocation: 151 Lafayette Drive, Oak Ridge, TN 37830\nWork Site Expectations: 5 days a week in office\nTravel Expectations: up to 10-25% as needed\nHours: Standard office schedule are 8:00am-5:00pm ET, Mon-Fri\nCompensation\nAs required by Maryland and other applicable state law, X Energy, LLC (X-energy) lists the expected compensation range for a publicly advertised job opportunity based upon the job requirements (e.g. education/training, experience, skill sets, etc.).
