If anyone claiming to represent X-energy directs you in a manner otherwise, please contact us at www.x-energy.com/contact-us.\nJob Description\nThis role is responsible for supporting all aspects of facilities projects, including renovations, new office buildouts, and ongoing facilities operations while supporting the logistical needs of a growing multi-site organization.Job Profile Tasks/Responsibilities\nSupport facility-related projects across multiple sites, including planning, design, permitting, and construction for new and existing office locations.\nCoordinate office renovations and expansions, coordinating with architects, designers, contractors, building management, and internal stakeholders.\nCoordinate logistics related to office moves, installations, and setup, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.\nTrack project timelines, budgets, contracts, and procurement activities in compliance with internal policies.\nCoordinate with external parties on the permitting process and ensure compliance with all local regulations.\nSupport space planning, office layouts, and occupancy planning to optimize use of space and accommodate workforce growth.\nServe as the point of contact for general contractors, vendors, and service providers across all projects.\nPrepare and deliver regular updates, presentations, and reports to senior leadership on project status and performance.\nEnsure all construction and renovation work meets X-Energy’s standards for safety, efficiency, and functionality.\nMaintain project documentation and ensure post-project evaluations and handoffs are completed.\nSupport overall headquarters operations and regional offices with logistics planning, facility maintenance, and ongoing improvement projects.\nMaintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication.\nPerform other duties as assigned by manager.\nAssist and support team members with the execution of the core tasks and responsibilities, listed in the Job Profile Task/Responsibilities section of this document, under guided supervision.\nJob Minimum Qualifications\nHigh school diploma is required.\nValid driver’s license, required.\nAbility to lift 50 lbs.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).\nWillingness and ability to travel to offsite local properties.\nAssist and support team members with the execution of the core tasks and responsibilities.\nZero to two years of experience in a relevant role required.\nLocation: 151 Lafayette Drive, Oak Ridge, TN 37830\nWork Site Expectations: 5 days a week in office\nHours: Standard office schedule are 8:00am-5:00pm ET, Mon-Fri\nCompensation\nAs required by Maryland and other applicable state law, X Energy, LLC (X-energy) lists the expected compensation range for a publicly advertised job opportunity based upon the job requirements (e.g. education/training, experience, skill sets, etc.).
