Functioning as a high-visibility technical leader and strategic advisor, you will guide Director- and VP-level executive stakeholders through complex AI deployments while partnering directly with Xactly's Product and Engineering teams to feed field insights directly back into our core AI product roadmap.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nArchitect & Deploy Enterprise AI Agents: Design, configure, and deploy production-grade autonomous AI agents, LLM orchestration frameworks, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures tailored to complex customer environments.\nLead Strategic Discovery & Technical Architecture: Lead technical requirements gathering and discovery sessions with Director- and VP-level client executives, translating complex revenue and incentive compensation workflows into scalable AI solution designs.\nShape Core AI Product Roadmap: Serve as a primary technical feedback loop to Xactly's Product and Engineering teams, translating field requirements and deployment insights into actionable product enhancements.\nOrchestrate & Integrate Complex Data: Build and manage enterprise data integration pipelines using advanced SQL development, REST APIs, webhooks, and relational database management systems (RDBMS).\nDrive Technical Excellence & Mentorship: Establish deployment best practices, author technical documentation, and mentor team members across the Customer Value Consulting group to elevate technical execution capabilities.\nTroubleshoot & Optimize AI Performance: Resolve high-complexity technical hurdles, optimize model responses, and ensure enterprise-grade security, performance, and scalability across all live customer implementations.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n\nMust-Have Skills\n\nExperience & Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field with 2+ years of hands-on technical experience in AI/ML Engineering, Technical Solutions Architecture, or Technology Consulting in enterprise SaaS.\nAI & Data Mastery: Advanced proficiency with LLM orchestration frameworks, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and deep SQL development across relational databases.\nExecutive Stakeholder Engagement: Proven track record of leading complex technical projects and managing Director- and VP-level client relationships with exceptional technical communication and advisory capabilities.\nSystem Integration & SDLC: Deep technical understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), REST APIs, webhooks, microservices, and enterprise data orchestration.\nTechnical Leadership & Problem Solving: Strong capability to lead technical work streams, mentor technical peers, and solve intricate technical bottlenecks under tight project timelines.\n\nGood-to-Have Skills\n\nDomain Expertise: Experience in Incentive Compensation, Sales Performance Management (SPM), or Revenue Operations frameworks.\nAdvanced AI Technologies: Hands-on exposure to vector databases, agentic computing patterns, or low-code/no-code integration platforms.\nEnablement & Assets: Proven history of developing internal training frameworks, standardizing implementation methodologies, and creating reusable technical deployment assets.\n\nWHY XACTLY\n\nJoining Xactly means becoming part of a mission-driven team backed by Vista's global network.
