regular performance reviews and audits of outsourced teams\n\n Resolve operational issues and escalate risks when required\n\n General Responsibilities Prepare operational reports budgets and cost-control plans\n\n Improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs\n\n Liaise with clients management and external stakeholders\n\n Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues\n\n Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or related field\n\n 58 years of UAE experience in operations management\n\n Proven experience handling both in-house and outsourced operations\n\n Strong knowledge of vendor management and SLA handling\n\n Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills\n\n Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools\n\n Experience in telecom / facilities / manpower / services industry is a plus\n\n Preferred Skills Strong negotiation and cost-management skills\n\n Ability to manage multi-location operations\n\n Knowledge of UAE compliance and labor regulations\n\n Results-driven with strong analytical
