baseline project schedules tender programs and detailed construction plans in accordance with project requirements and contractual milestones.\nPrepare update and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.\nMonitor actual project progress against planned targets identify deviations and recommend corrective actions.\nCoordinate with project managers site engineers consultants clients and subcontractors to collect progress data and resolve scheduling issues.\nPrepare weekly and monthly progress reports dashboards and project performance updates.\nAnalyze project delays critical path activities and schedule impacts and assist in preparing Extension of Time (EOT) claims.\nApply Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to monitor project schedule and cost performance.\nPrepare look-ahead schedules manpower histograms resource allocation plans and project cash flow forecasts.\nReview construction drawings BOQs specifications and project requirements to support effective planning and execution.\nParticipate in project progress meetings and provide updates on milestones delays risks and recovery plans.\nMaintain accurate planning records progress logs project correspondence and schedule documentation.\nEnsure project schedules align with contractual obligations approved work programs and completion deadlines.\n Required Qualifications and Skills Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.\nMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil construction project planning.\nProficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.\nStrong knowledge of baseline scheduling critical path analysis progress tracking and delay analysis.\nExperience in preparing progress reports look-ahead schedules resource histograms and cash flow forecasts.\nUnderstanding of EOT claims EVM BOQs and construction drawings.\nStrong coordination analytical reporting and communication skills.\nUAE construction experience will be an
