We're creating a powerful flywheel where more compute trains better models, better models power more useful products, and what we learn from people using those products shapes what we build next.\nABOUT THE ROLE:\nAs an Inventory Analyst supporting SpaceXSI data center and supercomputer operations, you will analyze inventory data, drive accuracy, optimize stock levels and material flow, and provide actionable insights for high-value materials and equipment (servers, GPUs, networking gear, power and cooling components, spare parts, and other critical infrastructure). You will support just-in-time operations, identify discrepancies and trends, and help the site scale rapidly while maintaining safety, quality, and control standards.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nAnalyze inventory transactions, levels, usage, and discrepancies to maintain high accuracy and identify trends\nPerform root-cause analysis on inventory variances and recommend/implement corrective actions\nGenerate reports and dashboards on inventory metrics, turnover, aging, accuracy, and KPIs\nSupport and analyze cycle count programs; reconcile physical vs. system inventory\nMaintain and improve data quality in ERP/WMS systems; ensure lot/serial and location traceability\nCollaborate with operations, procurement, commissioning, and finance on inventory planning, forecasting, and material flow\nIdentify and drive process improvements for receiving, storage, kitting, issuance, and staging\nTrack and report on high-value assets and critical spare parts to support 24/7 operations\nAbide by all procedures, work instructions, and standard operating documents\nManage priorities independently and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:\n4+ years of inventory analysis, inventory control, or related experience\n1+ years of experience with SQL \nPREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:\n6+ years of inventory analysis or control experience in a warehouse, distribution, or high-volume operations environment\n1 + years of experience with Jira\nExperience in data center, semiconductor, electronics, aerospace, automotive, or technology environments\nStrong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling)\nExperience with ERP/WMS systems and inventory reporting\nSQL, data visualization, or business intelligence tool experience\nAbility to read and interpret procedures, parts lists, and related documentation\nProcess improvement or Lean/inventory optimization experience\nADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:\nAbility to work on-site in warehouse/data center environments with varying temperatures and noise\nComfortable with occasional lifting, standing, and movement in inventory/staging areas as required to validate data or support operations\nSpaceXSI is an equal opportunity employer.
