MOBILE ANDROID ENGINEER\nWe're seeking an exceptional Android engineer to join a small, high-impact team dedicated to creating the world's most valuable AI application, judged by the impact it delivers to users. You'll shape cutting-edge mobile experiences, blending technical mastery with a keen product sense to deliver brilliance that resonates with users. You will work on the most critical product or technical challenge at any given time.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nCraft delightful, intuitive user experiences that redefine how people interact with the app\nObsess over every pixel, animation, and interaction, ensuring the experience feels magical and seamless\nBuild blazing-fast, highly performant systems where every millisecond counts\nDrive technical and product decisions, collaborating with designers, backend, iOS, and web engineers\nOwn the quality of the products you build - including running a/b tests, finding issues, and proactively making improvements\nBe proactive in finding ways to improve the app - from user feedback and from your own daily experience on the app\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:\n5+ years of experience with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines and Flow\nPREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:\nVery strong product sense - you spot problems in a live product and turn them into solutions that move the business forward\nA proven track record of delivering projects in production apps\nDeep expertise in the Android stack and tooling (Android Studio, Gradle, etc.)\nExperience beyond Android, such as iOS, web or backend development\nUnderstands analytics and data, and uses metrics to measure impact and guide product decisions\nSolid understanding of the Android platform: its strengths, limitations and trade-offs\nExperience working on large-scale production apps with millions of daily active users\nStrong ownership.
