We're creating a powerful flywheel where more compute trains better models, better models power more useful products, and what we learn from people using those products shapes what we build next.\nTALENT SOURCER\n We are seeking highly motivated Talent Sourcer who operate with intensity, intellectual rigor, and deep ownership to support SpaceXSI as we scale. You will build robust talent pipelines filled with the top talent in the world across machine learning research, software engineering, infrastructure, product, and business operations. The ideal candidate is a creative, self-driven sourcer who can leverage both traditional and non-traditional approaches to identify and engage exceptional talent that is not applying, and who is deeply aligned with the mission of building Super Intelligence.\nSuccessful candidates will have outstanding communication skills, hold themselves accountable, possess a willingness and drive to manage a demanding high-volume workload, and thrive in a team environment with strong presentation skills. As a Talent Sourcer for SpaceXSI, you will build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and often be a candidate’s first conversation with SpaceXSI. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers, own the search and handoff as an extreme owner, and ensure passive talent is closeable and excited about the opportunity.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nRun intake with recruiters and hiring managers and turn each role into a searchable profile\nSource passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X, niche technical communities, events, and target-company mapping, using Boolean and X-ray searches\nUse AI research tools to move faster, and write personalized outreach yourself\nSend personalized outreach to generate quality response rates, and qualify interested candidates over the phone\nBuild and maintain pipelines for current and upcoming roles, and keep ATS records accurate\nTrack metrics to ensure pipelines are hitting the demand the business requires\nMap competitor talent pools and share market insights with the team\nRepresent SpaceXSI and SpaceX clearly and accurately in every candidate conversation\nMaintain a strong sense of urgency while preserving quality and judgment\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of recruting or sourcing experience; or 3+ years of professional experience as a recruiter or sourcer in lieu of a degree\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\n3+ years of technical sourcing or technical recruiting experience, including passive outreach\nExperience sourcing hard-to-fill roles across more than one function, from individual contributor through leadership\nProven Boolean and X-ray search skills, including building and refining your own search strings\nExperience writing personalized outreach that gets a response from passive candidates\nWorking proficiency with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and at least one dedicated sourcing or research tool\nExperience turning a hiring manager’s intake into a searchable candidate profile\nExperience mapping talent markets, including target companies and competitor pools\nSkill at judging technical depth well enough to pass a calibrated slate to a recruiter\nADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:\nAvailable to work extended hours and weekends as needed\nThis position is based in Memphis, TN, and requires being onsite full-time. \nSpaceXSI is an equal opportunity employer.
