The HR BP will act as an employee champion and change agent while assessing and anticipating HR-related needs. The HR BP will formulate partnerships across the business to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business strategies and objectives of the company.\nResponsibilities:\nPartner with Regional Recruitment to source East coast staff. Interview, evaluate, and recommend candidates for open positions. \nManages the new hire onboarding/off boarding processes to ensure all policy and compliance related requirements are satisfied while ensuring a positive experience for the employee.\nProvide consultative advice and support to Xanitos leaders and staff regarding HR process and procedures, employment status, disciplinary actions, and performance management while ensuring consistency and upholding all state and federal laws and regulations. \nCounsel, coach and advise employees regarding employee relations matters to promote a culture of respect and professionalism aligned with Xanitos core values.\nConduct investigatory work relating to complaints filed with various agencies or law suits filed with court(s).\nParticipate and administer grievance procedures and participate in collective bargaining negotiations.\nConsults with management employees about company policies and procedures, and assists with interpretation and application.\nConduct needs analysis to determine and recommend options on training needs.\nAssist with development of HR training initiatives and participate in regional or national training events.\nIdentifies strategies to support companywide succession planning.\nConduct and review exit interviews and tracks trends related to turnover and communicate to management. Provide recommendations and solutions to support retention strategies.\nConducts HR audits and establishes corrective plans of action to remedy deficiencies.\nPrepare and assembles monthly executive and management reports regarding employment data including turnover statistics.\nEducation:\nBS/BA degree preferably in Human Resources or related field of study.\nMinimum five (5) to seven (7) years relevant HR experience \nPHR or SHRM-CP Certification preferred.\nSkills:\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), UKG and Background Companies. \nProficient with Employee Relations, LOA Admin, HRIS Reporting, and HRIS/Payroll FS auditing. \nExperience in Multi-Unit/ State experience is a plus. \nPrevious experience with a Private Equity owned company preferred. \nBilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.\nProficient, detail-oriented, and an organized person capable of delivering accurate results while meeting deadlines.\nExceptional customer service and communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation skills\nKnowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.\nAbility to exercise good judgment, tact, and confidentiality in all matters.\nOrganized and confident working independently but also a strong team player.\nXanitos understands the importance of you, your family’s health and well-being, and your financial future.
