We are looking for a Senior Operations - Publisher Management to join our team. This role will be instrumental in providing technical and operational support to enhance the performance and yield of our diverse publisher portfolio.\nJOB SUMMARY:\nWe are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and scale our frontend and backend engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in React.js and Node.js, solid understanding of databases and system architecture, and proven capability to manage, mentor, and deliver through teams in a fast-paced startup environment.\nExperience in AdTech is good to have but not mandatory.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nLead and manage frontend (React.js) and backend (Node.js) engineers, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.\n\nDesign, develop, and review scalable, high-performance applications and services.\n\nDeep understanding of asynchronous programming, Promises, and event-driven architectures.\n\nArchitect and integrate third-party services and APIs with internal systems.\n\nDesign and manage systems involving multiple database sources, including MongoDB and Redis.\n\nOwn application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.\n\nDrive best practices around code quality, reviews, testing, and CI/CD.\n\nManage deployments and infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, Load Balancers, etc.).\n\nWork closely with Product, Ops, and Business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.\n\nMentor team members, conduct regular reviews, and help engineers grow professionally.\n\nEnsure effective use of Git-based version control systems (GitHub / Bitbucket). \n\nEducation & Technical Requirements:\n6+ years of hands-on experience in React.js and Node.js.\n\nStrong experience in engineering team management and delivery ownership.\n\nSolid understanding of database design and optimization for scalable systems.\n\nHands-on experience with MongoDB, Redis, and relational databases.\n\nProven expertise in third-party API integrations.\n\nStrong experience in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and architectural challenges.\n\nExperience with AWS deployments, monitoring, and production systems.\n\nProficiency with Git, branching strategies, and release workflows.\n\nAbility to adapt quickly, learn new tools/technologies, and work in a high-velocity startup environment.\n\nNice to Have:\nExperience working in AdTech / MarTech / Data-driven platforms (not mandatory).\n\nExposure to high-scale, real-time systems.\n\nUnderstanding of caching, rate-limiting, and distributed systems.\n\nHow To Apply:\nTo apply for this position, send an email to our careers mailbox ().
