the Role\n\n We are seeking a proactive, persuasive and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team and drive sales of premium bespoke kaftans.\n\n The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging prospective customers, following up on enquiries, identifying sales opportunities and converting prospects into paying customers.\n\n This role is suitable for someone with strong communication and negotiation skills who can work towards clearly defined sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Identify and engage prospective customers interested in premium and bespoke kaftans.\n\n Respond to customer enquiries across social media, telephone, messaging platforms and other approved sales channels.\n\n Present product designs, features, customization options and pricing accurately.\n\n Follow up with interested prospects and guide them through the purchase process.\n\n Handle customer objections professionally and communicate the value of the brand\\'s products.\n\n Actively prospect for new customers and develop referral opportunities.\n\n Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, orders and completed sales.\n\n Work with the marketing team to follow up on leads generated through advertising campaigns.\n\n Provide customers with accurate information about payments, measurements, customization and delivery.\n\n Submit regular sales reports and work towards the assigned monthly sales target.\n\nRequirements\n\n Strong verbal and written communication skills.\n\n Demonstrable sales, customer service, telemarketing or business development experience.\n\n Good persuasion, negotiation and closing skills.\n\n Ability to follow up consistently and manage multiple prospects.\n\n Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\n A proactive, target-driven attitude.\n\n Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.\n\n Experience in fashion, premium products or bespoke menswear sales will be an advantage.\n\nSalary and Performance Reward Structure\n\nBase Salary\n\n A fixed base salary of ₦100,000 per month.\n\nMonthly Sales Target\n\n The expected individual sales target is 20 completed kaftan sales per month.\n\nPerformance Reward\n\n An additional performance reward of up to ₦200,000 is available based on monthly sales\n\n performance and the company\\'s approved reward policy.\n\n Candidates should note that selling fewer than 15 kaftans will not qualify them for the full ₦200,000 reward.\n\n The applicable reward for lower sales performance must be confirmed in the company\\'s approved reward
