Team sizes range from a few to 100+ people.\nLead hands-on throughout the project lifecycle, from kickoff to launch\n\nInspire and coordinate the team to move together, clearing obstacles and keeping momentum\n\nTailor and execute agile delivery, including managing the board and running ceremonies\n\nDeliver the Win - Drive projects to successful completion:\nServe as the primary lead on implementation projects, with full accountability for project success\nManage budget, scope, resources, stakeholder communication, and day-to-day execution\n\nEnsure solutions launch on time, on budget, and deliver the promised business impact\n\nEarn the Next Game - Build credibility that wins future engagements:\nParticipate in pre-sales meetings, proposal creation, and project estimation\nIdentify repeat business opportunities while working on client engagements\n\nStrategy projects typically run 2 to 3 months.
