product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver features on time.\nContribute to code reviews, testing, and documentation.\nDemonstrate urgency in execution while maintaining quality.\nInnovation and Growth:\nLeverage AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development.\nContinuously learn new technologies and apply them to improve user experience and developer productivity.\nRequirements:\nProficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with hands-on experience in React and Node.js .\nUnderstanding of frontend-backend integration patterns, including REST/gRPC APIs.\nAwareness of web application security fundamentals(OAuth, JWT, CORS, RBAC).\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.\nSelf-learning mindset, accountability, and clear communication skills.\nWillingness to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExposure to AI-assisted development tools(e. g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT).\nKnowledge ofdesign systemsand responsive UI frameworks.\nPrior experience with demo applications or
