With more than 1,400 projects completed, 50 million linear kilometres flown and a fleet of over 40 specialised aircraft, we operate across six continents.\nOur mission is to leverage technology and smart data to responsibly discover natural capital, support sustainable growth and accelerate the energy transition.\nPosition Purpose\nWe are looking for a Project Manager / PMObased in Madrid to support the planning, coordination and delivery of complex international geophysical mapping projects.\nThe role involves managing large-scale, multi-country contracts valued between USD 4 million and over USD 30 million, coordinating multiple Business Units and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality and profitability standards.\nDepending on experience, the successful candidate will lead projects directly or support Project Directors. The position reports to the Operations Manager.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Planning:Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables. Support bid preparation and cost estimates.\nMonitoring & Reporting:Track project progress, costs, milestones and profitability KPIs. Prepare management and client reports and conduct project close-out reviews.\nDeviation Management:Identify schedule, budget, quality and scope deviations, implement corrective actions and escalate critical issues.\nMulti-Project Coordination:Coordinate Business Units, subcontractors and cross-functional teams, managing dependencies and resource constraints.\nRisk & HSE Management:Monitor project risks, issues and changes, ensure compliance with HSE procedures and support contractual variations.\nContinuous Improvement:Contribute to standardising project management methodologies, tools and reporting processes across the Group.\nRequirements\nDegree in Engineering, Geosciences, Business Administration or a related field.\n5+ years of experiencein Project Management or PMO, preferably in international engineering, energy, mining, infrastructure, aerospace or consulting projects.\nStrong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, cost control, risk management and contract management.\nProficiency in project management tools and advanced Excel.\nPMP, PRINCE2 or IPMA certification is desirable.\nKnowledge of geophysics or remote sensing is an advantage.\nAdvanced Englishrequired.
