This role is suited to an early or mid-career geophysicist with an interest in business development and client engagement.\nWorking alongside experienced commercial and technical teams, you will help identify new business opportunities, support client relationships and contribute to the preparation of technical and commercial proposals. Your technical understanding of geophysics will enable you to communicate effectively with exploration professionals and recommend solutions that address client needs.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport business development activities across assigned regions.\nBuild and maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.\nAssist in preparing technical and commercial proposals.\nPromote Xcalibur's airborne geophysical services and capabilities.\nWork closely with technical teams to develop solutions that meet client requirements.\nIdentify potential business opportunities and support sales initiatives.\nParticipate in client meetings, conferences and industry events.\nMaintain market intelligence and monitor industry trends.\nSupport contract preparation and commercial documentation.\nContribute to achieving regional business development objectives.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Geophysics, Earth Sciences, Geology or a related discipline.\nHonours or Master's degree in Geophysics is desirable.\nExperience\n2 to 5 years of professional experience in geophysics, mineral exploration or a related field.\nPrevious experience with airborne geophysics or exploration projects is preferred.\nExposure to client-facing activities or technical support is desirable.\nExperience in business development or technical sales is an advantage but not
