All with the support, rewards and recognition you need to thrive - during your internship and beyond.\nXcel Energy is seeking candidates to support our Work Management organization at the Monticello Nuclear Plant in Monticello, MN or Prairie Island Nuclear Plant in Welch, MN. The paid internship provides an opportunity to showcase your abilities in computer information systems while supporting improvement efforts in work management. The program provides practical work experience to develop your existing skillset and collaborate with key internal stakeholders.\nTypical intern responsibilities may include but are not limited to:\nDevelop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to support operational and management decision making. \nCollect, organize and analyze data from multiple data sources to improve data accuracy and accessibility\nDesign and implement automated reporting processes that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency\nCollaborate with staff to understand business processes, identify reporting needs and translate them into meaningful data visualizations and performance metrics.\nIdentify opportunities to leverage technology and analytics to improve workflows, operational performance and strategic decision making. \nThis position is for a May 24, 2027 start date.
