post-deployment validation and system health checks.\nOperating System Image Management\nDevelop, maintain, and refresh standardized operating system images using tools such as AWS EC2 Image Builder, AWS Systems Manager Documents, and related technologies.\nIncorporate vulnerability assessments and compliance validation procedures into the image creation process to ensure secure and compliant image releases.\nTechnical Support & Operations\nDeliver Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for incidents, service requests, and operational issues.\nMonitor server performance, system availability, and infrastructure health to ensure reliable and efficient operations.\nTroubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner.\nIT Service Management\nApply ITIL-based practices across Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management processes.\nAccurately document tickets, investigations, resolutions, and operational activities within the service management platform.\nAdhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure prompt resolution of assigned tickets.\nDocumentation & Knowledge Sharing\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge base articles, and operational guides.\nCreate and update runbooks for recurring administrative and operational activities to support operational consistency and efficiency.\nRequirements\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computing, or a related discipline.\nMinimum one year of experience in systems administration, system analysis, design, or programming.\nHands-on experience with Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) patch management.\nStrong working knowledge of: \nWindows Server 2019, 2022, and 2025\nRed Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8 and 9\nWillingness to participate in a 24x7 on-call support rotation as part of operational support
