In this key role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing delivery of operational services in a Data Centre, managing facilities and teams, fostering client relationships, and leading project engagements.\nRequirements\nResponsibilities:\n Manage, optimize, and deliver outsourcing services to enhance Data Centre operational efficiency through deployment and utilisation of Technology, Tools and Transformational Strategies. \n Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, providing strategic guidance and project leadership. \n Oversee the maintenance of safe, secure, and efficient Data Centre environments. \n Lead and mentor teams of Data Centre technicians, engineers, and support staff in a managed service operations project. \n Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact. \n Contribute to the strategic development of projects, providing expertise in technical consultancy. \n Identify opportunities for upselling and growth within client engagements. \n Requirements:\n Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field. \n Minimum of 5 years of experience (current) in customer service or technical consultancy at the forefront of Data Centre and project management excellence. \n CDCS / CDCE / CDFOM or other relevant professional certifications. \n Strong problem-solving skills with a background in project management. \n Experience in negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing procurement processes for Data Centre equipment and service.\n In-depth knowledge of data centre operations, best practices and proficiency in managing large-scale and/or hyperscale data centre infrastructure and operations.\n Industrial knowledge in Data Centres (ICT, Mechanical, Electrical, Cooling Systems, Facility) is highly desirable. \n Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, digital twin, and big data is a plus.\n Ability to travel\n This role can be based in Philippines.\n If you are a proactive problem-solver, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for driving excellence in Data Centre operations and technical engagement management, we invite you to join us on this exciting journey.
