Customer/Partner Engagement - CPU and Server Validation Process management\nServe as the primary technical contact for customers, developing and executing comprehensive device validation plans for XCENA's CXL computational memory solutions.\nCollaborate with customers to understand their system architectures, workloads, and challenges, delivering tailored recommendations for seamless integration and optimal performance.\nManage test equipment setup, experimental planning, results analysis, and the end-to-end validation process at customer sites, ensuring rapid adoption and high reliability of XCENA's devices.\n2. Product Support and Training\nConduct system-level debugging, performance tuning, and root cause analysis for customer-reported issues.\nDevelop and deliver technical presentations, training sessions, and documentation to help customers effectively utilize XCENA's computational memory.\nAssist in the creation of application notes, user guides, and best practices documentation.\n3.
