The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership experience in automotive detailing, reconditioning, dealership operations, service, fleet, car wash, body shop, or auto auction environments. This person should be organized, quality-focused, comfortable holding teams accountable, and able to use reporting and performance metrics to improve production, efficiency, and overall center performance.\nCompensation is based on experience and negotiable.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage daily automotive reconditioning operations, including detailing, cosmetic repairs, inspections, and vehicle readiness.\nLead team members, assign work, manage workflow, and monitor production schedules.\nTrack KPIs such as vehicle turnaround time, completed units, labor efficiency, quality control, rework, and productivity.\nConduct quality inspections to ensure vehicles meet company and dealership standards.\nManage staffing, supplies, equipment, vendors, and operational costs.\nCoach, train, and hold team members accountable for performance, attendance, safety, and quality.\nIdentify process improvements to improve efficiency, reduce delays, and support center performance.\nRequired Qualifications\n3+ years of leadership experience in automotive reconditioning, detailing, dealership operations, service, fleet, car wash, body shop, auto auction, or related automotive operations.\nDirect experience estimating repairs on vehicles. \nHands-on knowledge of detailing, reconditioning, cosmetic repair, vehicle readiness, and quality control.\nExperience managing workflow, production goals, schedules, staffing, and team performance.\nAbility to review reports, track KPIs, and use performance metrics to improve operations.\nStrong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.\nValid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious experience as a Reconditioning Manager, Detail Manager, Automotive Operations Manager, Service Manager, Car Wash Manager, Fleet Operations Manager, or Body Shop Supervisor.\nExperience with labor tracking, cost control, vendor management, inventory, supplies, or operational reporting.\nFamiliarity with dealership systems, recon software, or production tracking tools.\nExperience reconditioning/ detailing vehicles.\nBilingual English/Spanish is a plus.\nBeneficial Types of Previous Experience\nAutomotive Reconditioning Manager\nCenter Operations Manager\nDetail Manager\nService Manager\nFleet Operations Manager\nApply today to start your career in Xcite Automotive! #INDAUTO3\nCompany Description: Xcite Automotive is a fast-growing automotive service and a software-based company that helps dealers get vehicles frontline-ready quickly and efficiently.
