The position requires the ability to communicate cross-functionally across Human Resources, IT, Safety and Support (Workers’ Compensation), Finance, and Compliance. The Area Manager position will report to the District Manager to offer local property support as part of the National Service Team. This position will be responsible for leading, mentoring, coaching, and holding their teams accountable to become unrivaled industry experts who deliver prompt and attentive customer service and team support.\nRequirements\nEssential Job Functions\nAccount Supervision and Customer Support % of Time Spent 75%\nAlways ensure full and timely delivery of weekly payroll and expenses \nComplete all required Safety and Support training courses with urgent response to all reported and known incidents per operating policy and procedure \nEstablish and maintain 3 deep x 3 wide relationships with key stakeholders within the properties you manage \nWork closely with Key Stakeholders to maintain a high NPS score within the properties you manage \nUncover upsell opportunities and distribute to the District Manager (identify expansion potential within existing accounts) \nAssist in creating customer engagement activities and events \nWork with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns for existing accounts and new targets \nCultural leadership and participation \nAll other duties, as assigned by Leadership \nRecruiting % of Time Spent 25%\nLead recruiting efforts to drive applicants to the branch (community engagement, job fairs, mass transportation arrangements for hiring/out of branch application sprints, local advertising, referrals, references, etc.) \nSource, interview and hire candidates per Xclusive standard process and procedures leveraging XS ATS \nAssign, onboard and communicate customers' expectations of role as well as XS standard procedures for talent \nTrain talent Requirements, and Qualifications\n1+ years of experience in related field required or similar role \nMust be available to work outside of business hours with constant communication to team (early/late day shifts, overnight, weekends, holidays, etc.) \nComfortable to work in utility/maintenance environments including storage and heart of house facility spaces and kitchens \nPrevious experience in hotel/hospitality on-site management (customer service, staffing, or service preferred) \nAbility to travel across assigned properties frequently \nMust have superior relationship building skills \nAbility to meet firm deadlines and communicate effectively \nAdaptable to learn new software platforms and systems \nApplicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and must not require current or future visa sponsorship \nHigh School diploma required \nProficiency in Microsoft Office (365-PC) \nExperience in Adobe Suite, DocuSign, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus
