This also includes ensuring everything is in good working order and all necessary safety and regulatory requirements are met.\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nNone\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nConduct routine inspections of facility, grounds and industrial power equipment; identify any maintenance or repairs needed.\nMonitor building systems, such as UPS, generator, HVAC, lighting, security, and other systems, to ensure that are adequately working.\nRespond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, such as plumbing or electrical issues.\nCoordinate with external contractors and vendors to complete major repairs, upgrades, and regular maintenance.\nMaintain all necessary equipment, tools, and supplies.\nEnsure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements, such as fire codes and OSHA regulations.\nKeep accurate records of maintenance and repairs.\nCommunicate effectively with other staff members to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure a safe and productive work environment.\nSupport the operations team with their duties when staff is limited, or facility duties have been completed.\nServe in an on-call capacity when critical gateway issues arise.\nPerform minor repairs in an office/industrial setting such as fixing broken doors, windows, plumbing, furniture\nSkills and Competencies:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact clearly and concisely with all departments and levels of management\nExcellent organizational skills with attention-to-detail\nAbility to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks\nAbility to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality\nProficiency with Microsoft Office\nFamiliarity with NetSuite\nStrong technical skills, including knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nAbility to perform electrical work\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh School diploma or GED-equivalent\n2-3 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field\nAdditional training in facility maintenance preferred\nFamiliarity with relevant safety and regulatory requirements, such as fire codes and OSHA regulations\nExperience with industrial power equipment is applicable but not required\nPhysical Requirements:\nWillingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally for short- and medium-term assignments required; valid passport required\nWillingness and ability to work after regularly scheduled hours as needed\nAbility to sit at a desk for prolonged periods working on a computer (4 to 8 hours)\nAbility to operate the equipment used for the job\nReasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job\nAbility to lift 75 pounds at times\nAbility to perform tasks that require standing, walking, climbing ladders and working at moderate heights such as scaffolding\nStrong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills\nWillingness and ability to work flexible shift schedule to support 24/7/365 network operations\nMarginal Functions:\nA review of this job description may have omitted some of the marginal functions of the position that are incidental to the performance of the job duties and responsibilities.
