engineering teams to improve system reliability, data collection efficiency, and model performance\nCreate technical documentation for systems and deployment processes\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field\n2+ years of relevant experience in Software Engineering, Robotics, Automation, or a similar field\nStrong programming skills in Python and C++\nStrong experience with Linux development and debugging\nExperience working with robotic arms and their control interfaces, drivers, kinematics, or APIs\nExperience integrating sensors such as cameras, depth cameras, IMUs, or force/torque sensors\nFamiliarity with hardware communication protocols such as CAN, EtherCAT, RS485, or USB\nExperience with PyTorch or other deep learning frameworks is a plus\nExperience deploying software or AI models on robotic/edge platforms is a plus\nStrong problem-solving and hands-on debugging skills\nNice to Have\nExperience with ROS/ROS2, DDS, or similar robotics middleware\nExperience with imitation learning, teleoperation, or embodied AI\nFamiliarity with Diffusion Policy, ACT, VLA, or similar approaches\nExperience with robotic data formats such as ROS bag, HDF5, or LeRobot Dataset\nExperience with motion capture systems such as VIVE Tracker, OptiTrack, or motion capture gloves\nExperience with video processing, H.264/H.265, or NVIDIA Jetson\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code\nStrong English reading and writing skills, especially for technical
