This role will work cross-functionally with sales, customer support, logistics, marketing, and e-commerce teams to improve dealer experience, sales efficiency, and operational consistency.\nThe ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong systems thinking, and is comfortable building processes from the ground up. This position is located in our Santa Monica office 5 days a week.\nWhat You’ll Do\nManage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring dealer information, pipeline status, and sales activities remain accurate and up to date. Build clear documentation and standardized sales processes, while driving CRM and data-entry compliance across territory sales teams.\n\nEstablish and optimize operational workflows across dealer onboarding, ordering and fulfillment, “Online Order, Local Pickup” programs, dealer ecommerce/POS integrations, and dealer resource center management.\n\nProvide daily operational support to the field sales team, including dealer orders, inquiries and backorder support, demo/sample bike coordination, technical issue coordination, travel management, and other sales support needs.\n\nBuild and maintain sales performance dashboards with timely and accurate tracking on sales activity, dealer growth, and team performance metrics.\n\nSupport dealer events and activations by coordinating POP materials, demo bikes, employee purchase requests, and other operational and logistical needs.\n\nYou’re a Great Fit With:\n5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a sales operations or business operations role\n\nB2B sales operations experience (SaaS, AdTech, InsureTech, MaaS, etc)\n\nDemonstrated ability building CRM tools and reporting systems\n\nFamiliarity with inside sales
