Kotlin, Java, Scala, or Golang\n\nExperience building scalable backend systems or distributed architectures\n\nA solid understanding of software engineering best practices such as testing, clean code, and continuous delivery\n\nExperience with AI technologies, LLMs, AI integrations, or a strong affinity for AI-driven development\n\nA consulting mindset: you enjoy collaborating with different teams
