sharing.\n\nYou will be:\n\nParticipating in discovery workshops and technical assessments of the existing data platform environment.\n\nDefining platform requirements and contribute to migration strategy and roadmap planning.\n\nCollaborating with Data Engineers, Architects, and business stakeholders to design target-state architecture.\n\nSupporting migration of data workloads, pipelines, and platform services to Azure, Databricks, and/or Microsoft Fabric.\n\nBuilding and managing cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices with Terraform.\n\nDesigning, deploying, and maintaining Kubernetes-based platform environments.\n\nDeveloping and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated provisioning, deployment, and operations.\n\nImplementing security, governance, identity management, and access control standards.\n\nEstablishing monitoring, observability, alerting, and operational processes.\n\nOptimizing reliability, scalability, performance, and cost efficiency of the platform.\n\nProducing technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.\n\nProviding technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams throughout the migration journey.\n\nYour profile:\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.\n\nExperience with Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric.\n\nGood understanding of modern data platform architectures and data engineering ecosystems.\n\nStrong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.\n\nExperience building and managing cloud infrastructure in enterprise environments.\n\nHands-on experience with Kubernetes administration and platform operations.\n\nStrong Python development skills with experience building automation tools and operational utilities.\n\nExperience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.\n\nSolid understanding of platform engineering and DevOps best practices.\n\nKnowledge of cloud security principles, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements.\n\nExperience implementing identity and access management, security controls, auditing, and access governance.\n\nUnderstanding of data platform security, operational governance, and reliability best practices.\n\nExperience collaborating with Data Engineers, Architects, and cross-functional stakeholders.\n\nStrong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nWork from the European Union region and a work permit are required.\n\nNice to have:\n\nHands-on experience delivering Microsoft Fabric implementations.\n\nExperience with large-scale data platform modernization or migration programs.\n\nDatabricks administration, monitoring, performance tuning, and optimization.\n\nExperience with observability, monitoring, and alerting platforms.\n\nFamiliarity with data governance tools and frameworks.\n\nExperience with dbt, Apache Airflow, or other modern data platform technologies.\n\nExposure to FinOps practices and cloud cost optimization initiatives.\n\nExperience supporting platform adoption and engineering enablement across multiple teams.\n\nRecruitment
