sharing.\n\nYou will be:\n\nMapping candidate-to-cash business processes to the underlying source systems.\n\nProfiling ATS, payroll, finance, HR and other relevant platforms to assess available data and its quality.\n\nIdentifying data quality issues, integration challenges and data governance requirements.\n\nDefining data requirements for complex recruiter cost-allocation processes.\n\nDesigning data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Azure Databricks and the Bronze, Silver and Gold layers.\n\nPreparing technical design documentation and engineering standards.\n\nDefining dbt project structures, testing approaches, naming conventions and CI/CD practices.\n\nAssessing the feasibility of requested KPIs by validating data availability and quality.\n\nProviding technical assumptions and sizing inputs for delivery-phase estimates.\n\nIdentifying technical risks, dependencies and data-related constraints.\n\nCollaborating with architects, platform engineers, business stakeholders and the client’s technical teams.\n\nParticipating in workshops, architecture reviews and design validation sessions.\n\nYour profile:\n\nStrong experience designing data platforms in Azure, with hands-on expertise in Azure Databricks.\n\nA solid understanding of Medallion Architecture and modern data lake architectures, including Delta Lake.\n\nStrong SQL and data modelling skills.\n\nExperience designing ingestion and transformation pipelines across multiple source systems.\n\nBackground in source system analysis, data profiling and data quality assessment in large-scale enterprise environments.\n\nExperience defining data integration strategies across HR, payroll, finance or operational systems.\n\nPractical knowledge of dbt and data engineering best practices.\n\nUnderstanding of data governance, lineage, testing and quality controls.\n\nExperience documenting technical designs and engineering standards.\n\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI ecosystems.\n\nThe ability to estimate engineering effort and identify technical risks and dependencies.\n\nStrong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nConfidence facilitating technical discussions and workshops with both technical and business stakeholders.\n\nIndependence and a structured approach to work in a consulting environment.\n\nExcellent documentation skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\n\nWork from the European Union region and a work permit are required.\n\nNice to have:\n\nExperience with Azure Data Factory, Unity Catalog or Microsoft Entra ID.\n\nKnowledge of data security and access segregation models.\n\nExperience implementing CI/CD for analytics platforms.\n\nFamiliarity with recruitment, staffing, HR, payroll or finance datasets.\n\nExperience designing KPI and reporting data models.\n\nInvolvement in data platform roadmaps or estimation activities.\n\nPrevious consulting or client-facing experience, especially in Discovery & Design engagements.\n\nExperience presenting technical findings to technical and business
