sharing. \n\nZakres obowiązków\nGathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements for Data Quality monitoring.\nAnalyzing existing Data Quality metrics, controls, and business rules to understand their purpose and expected results.\nTranslating business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.\nSupporting the mapping of existing Data Quality controls and requirements to the new solution.\nWorking with business stakeholders and technical teams to clarify requirements and resolve inconsistencies.\nFacilitating workshops and discussions with stakeholders.\nDefining and documenting Data Quality metrics, validation rules, and acceptance criteria.\nIdentifying gaps, dependencies, and potential issues in business requirements.\nSupporting business testing and validating migrated Data Quality controls.\nComparing results between the existing and new solutions to check their consistency with business expectations.\nPreparing and maintaining functional documentation.\nWymagania\n\nAt least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.\n\nStrong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.\n\nExperience translating business requirements into clear specifications for technical teams.\n\nExperience working on data-related projects, such as data processing, data integration, or data platforms.\n\nGood understanding of Data Quality concepts, including data validation, consistency, completeness, and business rules.\n\nAbility to analyze existing systems, processes, and business logic.\n\nExperience working closely with business stakeholders, developers, Data Engineers, and testers.\n\nExperience defining acceptance criteria and supporting UAT or business testing.\n\nStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and manage requirements across multiple stakeholders.\n\nWork from the European
