The role focuses on coordinating sprint execution, managing technical dependencies, tracking delivery progress, and ensuring potential risks and blockers are identified and addressed.\n\nThis is a delivery-oriented position requiring a combination of strong Agile project management skills and a practical understanding of software engineering environments, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.\n\nYou will be:\n\ncoordinating sprint execution and delivery activities across technical teams,\n\nfacilitating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement,\n\ntracking sprint progress, delivery commitments, and team capacity,\n\nmanaging dependencies between engineering teams and coordinating cross-team delivery,\n\nidentifying, tracking, and escalating delivery risks, issues, and blockers,\n\nmaintaining project plans, delivery reports, Jira dashboards, and relevant documentation,\n\nproviding clear delivery updates and progress visibility to Product Managers, Program Managers, and other stakeholders,\n\nsupporting prioritization and alignment between product requirements and engineering delivery,\n\ncoordinating technical activities across the SDLC, including development, testing, deployment, and release processes,\n\nworking with engineering teams to understand technical constraints, dependencies, and delivery implications,\n\nensuring effective communication and collaboration across distributed teams.\n\nYour profile:\n\n5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or a similar technical delivery role,\n\nstrong practical knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban,\n\nhands-on experience coordinating sprint planning, execution, and delivery,\n\nstrong proficiency with Jira, including reporting, dashboards, and delivery tracking,\n\nexperience managing dependencies across multiple technical teams,\n\nproven ability to identify and manage project risks, issues, and delivery blockers,\n\nexperience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders,\n\nworking understanding of cloud platforms, preferably GCP,\n\nfamiliarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices,\n\nstrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills,\n\nability to work effectively in complex, cross-functional environments.\n\npractical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery.\n\nWork from the European Union region and a work permit are required.\n\nNice to have:\n\nexperience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP),\n\nprevious experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or broader life sciences industry,\n\nexperience supporting R&D platforms, research applications, or other regulated technology environments,\n\nexperience coordinating delivery across multiple engineering teams or parallel workstreams,\n\nfamiliarity with cloud-based software delivery and modern engineering practices.\n\nexperience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work.\n\ninterest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented
